I have a sub zero that has several issues:

1) The freezer coil used to freeze up, had that repaired by changing the defrost timer, drain heater and the stop defrost. Had that changed then ice maker would work but the ice on the top of the basket would freeze up and become one piece. Had company come out and they replaced the ice maker, the problem still continues. Any idea of what is causing that, Defrost timer runnig for too long???

2) Just last week, while the freezer and refrigerator sides are still working, the ice and water buttons on the door do not. (Nothing happens when you press them). Found out that the plastic hose to the ice maker was bent and no water could flow thru for the ice maker or water dispenser, i fixed that, but there is still no ice in the basket. Still as of today looks like the buttons for the ice and water dispenser do not work. (even the light button does not work).

Does anyone have an idea as to what the problem may be?
