I just ordered a water activator handle for a Frigidaire Refrig. I was hoping to get some insight on haw to replace, but Gene's attachments would not open for me. Can we try it again. Also, do you folks have a number I can call?

Dear Jerry,

The only technicians available are on this forum. We have no technicians to talk to over the phone. The attachments Gene has posted have been tested and open with no trouble. Try savings them to your computer and opening them with a compatible program like Microsoft Word. Those documents will give you the best instructions possible along with photos.
