GE Profile Arctica Side by Side is staying at around 20 F in the Freezer side
Model Number: PSS25SGNA BS Brand: GE Age: 5 - 10 years
My refrigerator is not getting cold enough. The freezer side is staying at around 20 F while the fridge side is staying just above 40 F. I took out all food items to troubleshoot it & observed the surface of back wall of freezer side has frost. My mother board was replaced back in June 2009. Ice maker is working fine, fan next to compressor is working ok. I don't feel too much vibration from compressor but seems like it is working as I can feel hot & cold while touching the pipes of compressor. Would you help me to guide what to look for or what I have to replace.
