Water in door will not work but ice maker does. Refrigerator temp will not go above 25. Side by side ge

There is a damper in the fresh food section that will often break when this happens cold air will be free to rush in all day. You will have to remove the air duct and look down inside the air duct to see if the flap on the damper is broken or not. This can also be caused by a faulty thermistor. Once you get this repaired you will have to thaw out the water line behind the bottom bins. They are most likely frozen due to your current problem. That will put the dispenser back to work.
