The copressor burn and after replaced the freezer part was not freezing only cooling, it was regas and after gassing the bottom freezer was freezing but the upper frigde was not cooling and they are using one compressor

I cannot find any info using the given model number so the following is just general info.

Is the evaporator fan in the freezer running. It is required to push cold air into the fresh food section.

Usually there is a damper between the fresh food and freezer sections.
It has louvers or a door which regulates thye amount of cold air entering the fresh food section.
Perhaps it is stuck closed or broken.
Some are adjusted manually but often the damper is controlled by a thermostat or a control board.
