I hope I can get this thing working. I picked this frig up for free. I cleaned the frig out in the GARAGE, then plugged it in.

The evaporator fan runs all the time

Light is on in the frig (door open)

Condenser Fan and I think the compressor will run for like 30 sec and the compressor is warm/hot (touchable)

Not cooling, left it on for the night in the garage (40-50*) I know its cold

Left a bottle of water and a bowl of ice overnight and its melted and warm

I have read up on this type of problem, could it be the start relay if the compressor is warm?
