Not sure how old Refrigerator is. Here is the problem. My water dispensor stopped working and now the refrigerator and freezer will not work. The compressor and fan in rear of refrigerator are both working. I have cleaned out the cop webs and dust from under the front of refrigerator and unplugged it. Please tell me if you know what the problem could be. Can i do this myself or do i need to call someone. Thanks

Not much info to go on but It's either a defrost problem or a leak in the sealed system. You also didn'tmention if the freezer fan was working, Was there frost covering the back panel in the freezer section?

I'm not sure if the freezer fan is working or not. I will check now. One more thing, the water dispenser is not working either. Can this be tied to my other troubles.
