After installation water line leaks at quick connect. 3 are fine only one leaks. All instructions were followed exactly. When the line that leaks was pushed on it went past o ring easily. The other lines pushed harder like the instructions said they would. What do I do now? Still leaking.

PLT,

Try pulling out on the leaking tube, slowly and slightly.

That may pull the collar back out and lock it in place and stop the leak.

You said you followed the instructions,

So you're sure the end of the tube is cut straight, no burrs, etc.

If tugging back on the tube, doesn't solve the problem,

Re order a new valve assembly.

( You did order the part from AppliancePartsPros.com, I hope).

Good Luck,

PLT,

Contact the APP Call Center 1-(877)-477-7278

Have your original order information available for them.

Advise them, that you recieved a defective part, and need a new replacement part sent to you.

:) :) :)
