SubZero icemaker_ice melts in bin

Model Number: 505IC Brand: Sub Zero Age: More than 10 years

Appliance Parts from AppliancePartPros.com

The subzero 505IC icemaker makes ice just fine. However, it melts rapidly in the bin. Also, water drips from the top where the ice is being made. Is this normal? How do we keep the ice cold in the bin?
