After reading the forums, I took back panel off the freezer and saw that the water wasn't going through the hose drain thus causing water to freeze on the bottom of my freezer. The water inside the hose was frozen. Using dryer, I defrosted it the best I could and ran water down in it but the water still doesn't drain down. I took the back panel off and see the hose (drain pan is dry of course) put it's rather hard to get to. I'm afraid of messing with it because I can't see all of it too well.
Should I take it off and look at it? Is it hard to do?
Guess my main question is "how to take it off"
Thanks in advance
