Exclamation Freezer not powering...Clicking

Hi,
Just recently our ice dispenser stopped working in the door panel, then slowly the water dispenser stopped working. Now our fridge is making a clicking noise in the panel in the back, which can only be stopped when the freezer is turned off by the control. it sounds as if the freezer is trying to turn on but cannot. Any idea's?
