Never used. freezer door falls on your head. When they set it up was there an adjustment that should of been made or a rod removed. Please help. Need it.
Head hurts and a stick slides. :confused:

The spring tension in the hinges is usually adjustable.

In this case I would get them back to get it fixed under warrant.

Something may be broken.
Also if you break something trying to fix it, they could void your warranty.
