Condensor motor will not kick in. Tested motor works ok. What could be the possible problem.

In the back section, where the compressor is, there is a white box, well inside that white box, is a electronic control board. So if you are not getting power to the condenser motor, it is very possible it will be that board. The part # is 2307028 Tom ********************************************

My 2307028 seems to have gone out as well. Hot between door panels fan has no voltage but runs for a while when power is reset to fridge. Got new control board and put it in but when plugging in it seemed to arc at the plug (thought I blew circuit breaker) but did not, then alarm sounded on board. Could this new board also have a problem. This is for a Whirlpool gc5shexns05 fridge and the appliance parts people assure me this is the correct board.
