How long does it take to make a batch of cubes ?

On average, it takes 50 minutes from fill to refill under proper conditions,
(freezer temp 0 dgrs and proper air flow in the freezer compartment).

The cubes should be clear and solid, not hollow or appear to have layers.

Also check for a proper door seal, and dispenser flapper seal,

Have you checked and replaced your water system filter recently ?

A slow fill, due to a clogged / dirty filter can delay the ice production as well.

You may want to do these basic checks, and get back with us, so we have a better direction to take from here.

You should probably reset the control to mid range (3) and wait 24 hours,

Check the air temperature on the middle shelf,

You want to see somewhere between 3 and 5 degrees, that will correspond to a product temp of 0 degrees (usually).

Always wait 24 hours between settings and adjust control 1 setting at a time,until you get to the reccomended temperature.
