Your model number seems to be missing the first 3 digits?

Which motor can you hear?
There are usually 3 of them in a fridge, the compressor, the condenser fan and the evaporator fan.

First you have to confirm that the compressor is working. You can usually hear it also you should be able to feel it vibrating and it should be warm.

If it is on then remove the evaporator cover in the freezer and check the coils.
If they are heavily coated with ice/frost then you may have a defrost problem.

Here is a good site with basic fridge info.
