serial# is SS3343742.
after reading some forums i have done the following:
checked the beam and LED it is on solid with flap pushed back and responds to blocking the reciever.
swapped the leads on the water valve and used the door switch to activate, solonoid works and flow from black tube filled icemaker, allowed to sit and water started to freeze.
checked motor cover L/N zero volts, I have a full 120 at the plug to the icemaker. Is there a replacible fuse in the icemaker? of corse there is no motor with the T H points shorted.

bad icemaker and replace the entire unit?
