Default kenmore side by side fridge/freezer not freezing or cooling
Model Number: 363.50222000   Brand: Kenmore   Age: 5 - 10 years

Hi my Kenmore side by side refrigerator stopped working last night. The lights still come on when the doors are open, and I tried turning the settings to their coldest on fridge and freezer and left for about a hour, and still didn't get cold or freeze. Anybody have any idea what could be the problem?

I was thinking either thermostat or compressor?? But, I am no expert so any help at all would be great!

You probably have a bad delay control pc board. You will need a meter to confirm. With the fan working, that eliminates a bad cold control or defrost timer.Your compressor PTR relay is a very reliable item.
