1999 roper refrigerator mod#rt18dkxhw00
unit has started leaking water from the air tower area, it puddles up on the inside floor of refrigerator. how do i fix this?

Your freezer pan is filled with water, just remove freezer bottom panel and back panel with tower.
You will find the drain frozen up. I use boiling water and a turkey baster to unfreeze the drain.
After it is thawed, I wrap a piece of heavy gauge copper wire around the defrost heater and down the drain. This should fix the problem.
