Machine not making ice. No service light or clean light. Had A&E factory service come and do problem analysis. Said needed Thermistor. Did not fix. Water continues to run over evaporator but does not get cold enough to freeze sheet. Tech said refrigeration was ok just not getting signal to do its job. Tech also said it was not the control board since he could tell it was going through all the cycles. Don't have much confidence in his input...DUH! Seems like no one like to work on these or is knowledgable.
