Model Number: MFD2561HES Brand: GE Age: 1 - 5 years
Subject refrigerator evaporator is frozen up. I assume I should check the evaporator thermistor, thermostat and heater. If ok, replace the control board
W10207861. Also,I assume it is not possible to manually force defrost. Have never worked on one of these, so I appreciate any info. Thanks in advance. Related Models

you can force defrost from the motherboard.go from com to defrost another trick is if the thermistors look like bullets replace all three if they are square at the end they are the updated version
