Amana icemaker problems

Model Number: SXD26 Brand: Amana Age: 5 - 10 years

I had just replaced the water filter and the icemaker stopped making ice. I checked all of the inlet valves with an ohm meter and they tested fine. I also switched some of the wires and water hoses and was able to flow water in the icemaker fill tube using the front water dispenser. The motor turns and the ice removal bar rotates fine. I am at a loss where to look next. Thanks
