Only crushed ice will come out even when you select cubed. Removed ice container and U shaped bracket that turns cork screw will only turn one way no matter which option (crushed or cubed) is chosen. If you manually turn U proper direction and select cubed, the motor will turn the proper way. When cubed is selected, there is a noise like a sticking solenoid. My question, what is the correct part # for the solenoid that changes the turning direction of the U that turns the cork screw? DO YOU THINK THIS IS MY PROBLEM?
