You need to dismantle the front of the dispenser assembly, to access the chopper blades. You can got to the AppliancePartsPros.com home screen and enter the model number and search the parts diagram and get a visual reference, if you like. We work better, and are efficient, with a model number. :cool: :cool: :cool:
