I have a GE Monogram side by side zfsb23dndss that is not cooling properly. I have tried to reset the temperature but it does not seem to stay very well. I don't hear the fan at all but both the fridge and freezer is still cool, but not cool enough to put food in. There is cold air coming out of the vent in the back of the freezer, but it is not cold enough to freeze the ice in the dispenser and the fridge feels like room temp. Lights go on and off normally, the seals are good but it just doesn't get cold.

After reading up on the issue it looks like it might be the condenser fan motor or mainboard. I also read about the similar issue on a whirlpool model and they said to replace the starter switch. Any ideas on this? Thank you.
