Freezer and Refrigerator warm
Model Number: RTD 19 Brand: Maytag Age: More than 10 years
In last few days we noticed that ice was melting in the freezer and the refrigerator internal temperature was about 56 degrees. The fan and compressor are running, however the compressor output line is warm but not hot and the input line is cool but not cold. I cleaned out the dust around the compressor and the coil, and let the refrigerator run for several hours. The freezer and refrigerator temperatures did not appreciably change. Any ideas on what is wrong?
