Already replaced bimetal and defrost timer. It runs through the cycles and the freezer section seems to run but the evap fan won't start and the fridge is not cooling. What else could it be??

Thanks, I did finally get there this afternoon and when I touched the fan with my pinky it started runing..so the fan is getting replaced. Further info... Even with it running all afternoon the fridge never did cool well. I rewired the defrost timer thinking I may have had it wrong. The fan will still stick but I have kept it going non-stop 'til I can get a new one tomorrow. It seems to be cooling the freezer better since the rewire but the fridge is seems to be taking a long time to catch up. Any more ideas? I'm starting to run out of 'em.
