ICEMAKER MAKES ICE INTERMITTENTLY. GETTING WATER. COULD IT BE MY DISPENSER ARM HAS BROKEN GEARTEETH? NOT SURE EXACTLY HOW IT WORKS. NOT AFRAID TO WORK ON IT MYSELF, JUST NEED TO KNOW HOW AND WHAT TO LOOK FOR. :confused:

There are several possibilities :

Bad gear set

Weak thermostat

Weak Mold Heater

Here is a Service Manual for Heat Release Ice Makers
(Like the one you have) and the door dispenser system.

Sounds like you can handle it from here.
