Well I did replace the gasket and it's not much improved. Thinking of opening a ski lift in there!!!

Seriously though frost is building up like never before. Fridge is 10 years old or so, and nothing has changed so far as I know, but maybe there's some secret hole in it?

Other ideas?

DL - Make sure the freezer door is closing properly, make sure it's level and the seal is making good contact all the way around. Also what is the temp inside the freezer?
