 Please help. I have a one-year old Whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator that I bought in July 07 that was installed in August 07. The warranty expired a few weeks ago and now my freezer door hinge has become dislodged just from regular use. I am wondering if this is a common problem w/ these refrigerators. The hinge has a small black piece attached to it--super flimsy plastic, about 2 inches long--and I can't seem to figure out how to hook it back up to where it came dislodged from or whether it broke off of another piece. Any suggestions?

You need to order the lower hinge kit. Tom ApplianceEducator.com
