Coils in floor of freezer are frozen solid. The front of the partition between the freezer compartment and the fresh food compartment is hot. Following other posts on this site I have replaced both the thermostat and the timer and I tested the heater element with VOM and got a resistance reading. Also, the fan is working. If I unplug the refrig and thaw it out it cools fine for a week or two and then gradually freezes up to the point that frozen foods begin to thaw. Could there be a wiring problem and if so where do I find a wiring diagram?

There should be a wiring diagram in your unit, usually behind the kick plate of near the compressor, in an envelope.

I found the diagram...On the diagram it shows a mullion heater located between the two compartments. Apparently this the source of the heat I feel there. Should the mullion heater be on constantly? Would this affect the defrost system? Any idea where to start troubleshooting?

The mullion heater is usually on when the compressor is on. Is your compressor running all the time?
It's possible one of the new parts may be bad.

Yes the compressor seems to run all the time. Is there a way to test the thermostat and timer?

You can test them with your ohm meter.
Is this an US model? I can't seem to pull up the model number to view it.

As far as I know it is a US model. Looking at the diagram on your web site for TBF2CNB looks the same as mine (TBF2CPD). Is the thermostat normally open or closed ?

You should have continuity on the thermostat
