Freezer stopped freezing
Model Number: hss25gfpd ww Brand: Hotpoint Age: 5 - 10 years
My freezer suddenly stopped freezing. Do I need freon or is it time to buy a new refrigerator??? Help!!!

Pull the back panel of the refrigerator and check the compressor, if cold, remove the cover of the motherboard and remove the motherboard, but keep the connectors in place, just tilt it up. Check the solder connections by the big power relay. If bad, just clean it up and re-solder. If ok, replace the motherboard AP4436216
