My fridge door does not close automatically. I do not know how to adjust the level on the door which would allow the door to close automatically. When I physically close the door the fridge works fine.

Please check your model number,
Get it off the model & serial tag inside the refrigerator compartment.

The model number you supplied does not come up in any of our reference information, or materials.
