Good morning. Thank you in advance for any help you can give. The ice bucket is stuck in the ice maker. When asking for ice the dispenser spins but is not really giving any ice. Will not switch over to crushed . Dispenses water fine.
I assume I need to get the bucket out to check operation but that rascal is stuck and I cannot get it out. Any suggestions?
