Unhappy refrigerator will not cool
Brand: Kenmore   Age: 1 - 5 years

Appliance Parts from AppliancePartPros.com
The ice machine motor was making a lot of noise. I turned off the the power and turned it back on. The temperture setting will not stay on the temperture I put it on. When I put it to 0 degrees, it resets and 0 degrees disappears for the freezer side and the refrigerator side the 35 degrees also resets and the 35 degrees disappears as well. The ice machine doesn't work anymore. What happened. I have a Kenmore side by side. HELP!!

What is the complete model number of the refrigerator? What is the temperature in the freezer and fresh food compartment? Does the compressor run?

Post as much information as possible.

Gene.
