The unit is hot to the touch. It still makes ice like it should, but the ice inside the unit is wettish and melty. The countertop above the unit is warm to the touch.

Can you hear the condenser fan motor running ?

You could remove the front kick plate, and clean it, and look to see if the fan is running.

You may want to remove the unit from the cabinet and check for debris and build up around the back of the unit or in the cabinet.

For the wet melty ice cubes , check for the door closing and sealling properly.
