Default Fridge freezes well but defrosts to long
Model Number: FRT18G4AQ8   Brand: Frigidaire   Age: 1 - 5 years   
My fridge freezes well but when time to defrost it melts the ice to water before it freezes again. I changed the defrost thermostat and timer switch but the problem still occurs.

After the fridge starts freezing again the ice trays would give solid ice and the bottom part would cool well also. 8 to 12 hours later the compressor would cut out and the fan in the freezer would stay on till the ice melts again.
