But unitl you get an extra set of hands look at the fill to for the IM and see if it's frozen or anything. I try the tape on the IM to see if it's cycling. Nat

My problem - no water is getting to the tray. Maybe this is a silly question ... but .... is there supposed to be a thin metal arm attached to the left side of the unit? Dawn

Rank: Advanced Member Groups: Senior Expert Joined: 8/13/2008(UTC) Posts: 3,097		Ron, the problem is with the icemaker not your valve. Has it dumped the ice yet? Dawn yes there is a bail arm (metal wire) that raises & lowers down into the ice pan. If it's gone or up the IM will not make ice. Nat
