Yours should be close http://manuals.frigidaire.com/prodinfo_pdf/Anderson/218909401.pdf I would check the freezer temperature first, just to be sure it is low enough. Should be 0 to 5 degrees F. Looks like there may be a lower vent between the sections (Item 57 in Section 4). Check that it is not blocked on either side. Check that the evaporator fan runs OK when the compressor is running. Check that the damper assembly (Item 115 in Section 5) is opening up.
