:( I have a refrigerator kenmore elite model# 59673503200 it's not cooling at all on the top or bottom and lights are on. I hear the fan working. I need to fix it a.s.a.p. because have little ones. Can someone please tell me, what can it be? Thank you.

First you have to determine if the compressor is running.
Pull the unit out from the wall and remove the lower rear cover if it has one.
You should be able to feel the compressor vibrating and it should be warm also usually you can hear it.

If it is running you probably have a sealed system problem.
I would remove the evaporator cover inside the freezer and check the coils just to be sure it is not a defrost problem. Though if it is a defrost problem the freezer section is usually at least cool.

A sealed system problem will be an expensive repair so you are probably better off putting those dollars into a new unit.
