Cooling unit keeps freezing up
Model Number: MSD2456DEB Brand: Maytag Age: More than 10 years
I've been having problems with the cooling unit completely freezing up, which stops cooling the freezer and refridgerator. I just replaced the heating element around the cooling unit but it keeps happening. Once I replaced the heating element and had about 3 items in the freezer it was fine for about 3 weeks I put in about 10 more items in and about 2 days later the cold air stopped flowing over to the refridgerator side of the fridge and the cooling unit was completely frozen up.
