Does it sound almost as if there is a helicopter in the freezer?

We had a repairman out and he replaced the ice maker and then a few months later, it started again and I called Kitchenaid and they sent a different guy, who removed the panel in the freezer and melted the ice and it was fine for a few months.

So baically it took a couple of months for the ice to build up and the fan blades to start hitting the ice build up.

I finally caught the ice maker filling and our ice maker track was off and leaked down by the freezer fan were it accumulated ice. I re-aligned the track and seems to b e working fine.

Yes it does sound exactly like that! yet I dont have an ice maker on mine. Maybe I just need to defrost the thing. It does sound like the fans are hitting something. Ill take the panel off and defrost it and see what happens! Thanks! Much better then just replacing it lOL I was hoping for a little better answer! Thanks again!
