Model Number: 501R Brand: Sub Zero Age: More than 10 years
Our beloved Suz Zero refrigerator-only unit has performed flawlessly for a long, long time. Recently, however, it has started to accumulate a frost patch on the interior back upper wall, leading me to suspect a faulty defrost cycle (switch?). It has been regularly maintained and the coils cleaned and freed of dust/dirt accumulation. Know where I can find parts and any additional thoughts on suspected culprits? I'm assuming there's a defrost timer within the unit. . .
