Ice and Water disp. not working touch glass pad not working
Model Number: ZISW360DMA Brand: GE Age: 1 - 5 years
The freezer door has a glass face touch pad that stoped workig and it has the 14volt DC going to it. How do I open this up to replace ithe pad and first how to test that pad is no good part cost 4 hundred dollars?

First thing I would do is turn the power off to the fridge for about 2 minutes, then restore power and see if it works after that
