Hi, our freezer was found buzzing/alarming one morning last week. I unplugged it, cleaned it out, and a day or two later plugged it back in. It worked. Now yesterday afternoon it begins buzzing again, and again it is not cold. Where do I begin troubleshooting this problem?

Locate the defrost control under the back lower panel by the compressor. use a screw driver to advance the timer one notch and the compressor should come back on. If it does replace the timer it's getting stuck.
