My freezer temperatures first started to go up and down and the ice in the ice maker would melt and would drip down the freezer and then re-freeze (This has been going on for a couple of months). Now the freezer temperature went up to 10 degrees and wont go down. I also noticed that the refrigerator temperature is 44 degrees and not 37 degrees which I have always had it at. Now I pulled the refrigerator and I noticed that the condensor was really dirty and I cleaned it up. I also noticed that there was a red rusty stain on my floor and on the plastic pan as if the refrigerator had an over flow on the drip pan. So I need help I have read several forums that say that these refrigerators are known for motherboard problems, or thermostat problems, but I am afraid that there is something else wrong because of the red liquid stain that dried into a sticky substance on my floor and on the platic drain pan on the back of the refrigerator.


Let me know what you guys think is wrong.
