What are the factory settings for the freezer on a GE Monogram, Model ZISB480DRB? It is staying at 11 degrees F and the ice cream is very soft. Thanks for your help!:)

If the best temperature the freezer can go down to is 11 degrees, you have system problems for a pro. to look at.

Last night I lowered the freezer temp. to -6 F and it was a -6 this morning. The ice cream is more firm but still soft. Maybe it is an ice cream problem.:p I was just curious what the factory settings are for the freezer to make sure it is where it should be. Thanks.
