Default not cooling
Model Number: pts25shparbs   Brand: GE   Age: 1 - 5 years   

The refrigarator does not cool. After about 12 hours the refrigarator temperature goes up the freezer about to 52 the bottom about 54 degrees. Can you give me an idea of what can be wrong.

I have the same fridge and the exact same problem - did you have someone come out to fix it? Was it the compressor start relay?
