My kitchen aid Refrig has ice built up in top part of refrg (freezer on bottom) repair was done and freon was reduce from 6._ to 4.3 . Is this correct I was told the kitchenaid manufactor put too much freon in it and that's why it was ice build up? my refrig read 66 degrees because now say it a faulty control panel Please help
