Locked dispenser panel
Brand: Jenn-Air Age: 1 - 5 years
We have had periodic problems with the dispenser panel on our Jenn-air refrigerator locking up. The first time this happened the repairman told us we should replace the circuit board. We also put the refrigerator on a surge protector because the area we live is prone to power outages. One circuit board and a lot of money later, we are still experiencing the problem. We have also followed the instructions which call for turning off the circuit breaker to reset the computer, but that has not worked either. Do you have any suggestions about how to correct this problem?
