Default Condenser fan not running.
Model Number: PDS18SBMARBS   Brand: GE   Age: 5 - 10 years   
The condenser fan does not run when compressor starts and alot of heat builds up on the parts. If I spin the fan blades manually the fan starts running. Does this sound like the motor of the fan is bad or is there a thermostat that starts the fan that could be bad?
